A copy of the first part of it was written in the year 701 AH/1311 AD. The second half was written by Abu Saeed Othman bin Ali Al-Tabrizali in the year 706 AH / 1317 AD. The author was born in the year 282 AH/895 AD in Herat, Khorasan. His lineage goes back to his grandfather (Al-Azhar). He was a master of the Arabic language. He was a jurist and historian. He traveled in search of the Arabic language and fell into the captivity of the Qarmatians. Among its effects: refining the language, strange words used by jurists, benefits transmitted in the interpretation of Al-Muzani, and others.
