Notes
There are fatwas in the Turkish language on the sections of jurisprudence, compiled by his student Muhammad al-Fuqhi al-Aini. He was alive in the year 1114 AH/1702 AD. He mentioned in the introduction, which he wrote in Arabic, that his teacher, the mufti of the Ottoman authority, Al-Ikashahri, had exerted his effort in issuing fatwas and issuing fatwas, so his jurisprudent student wanted to collect his fatwas and arrange them, and he recorded in the margin the transfer of some issues from the fatwas of the predecessors so that muftis and rulers could rely on him. The copy is braided in red. Some words were written in red.
