Praise be to God who sent down to His servant a valuable book... That the first to be covered is the issuance of books and letters, and the most deserving of the one to adorn councils and forums with His remembrance, after the praise of God and the praise of the Messenger, the honor of just kings and sultans... The one who destroys multiplication... to awaken them from the sleep of heedlessness.
