Moreover, the early scholars were made by God Almighty as a mercy to others to exert their approach in controlling the rulings of the religion of Islam regarding every obligatory, recommended, permissible and forbidden thing, and He inspired the skillful successors to arrange it into chapters and chapters of blessing to those who take it, and the book “Ahkam Al-Waqf” by the distinguished Imam Abu Bakr Ahmad bin Amr Al-Khazzaf was granted by God to the abode of peace for the sake of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, since the mainstay in this art was written by the first ones.
