When the night came, he saw as if he was on the shore of a land and saw the shadow of a person in the water. He said, “You who were ascetic about Abu Zur’ah knew that Ahmad ibn Hanbal was one of the Abdal.” When... Ahmad died, God replaced Abu Zur’ah in his place.
