The Book of Marriage was mentioned after the acts of worship because it is closer to them, to the point that engaging in it is better than giving up on voluntary acts of worship and taking precedence over jihad because it includes religious and worldly interests, and the matter of occasion is easy, and it differed in its meaning linguistically into four sayings, so it was said that intercourse and the marriage contract are common.
