Praise be to God, who has made marriage permissible for us and forbidden for us adultery and incest, and may peace and blessings be upon Muhammad and his good and pure family, and the curse of God be upon all their enemies until the Day of Judgment and what follows.” p. 3a: The groom for what It appears from the notables that his name is preceded by “Alishan Izzat Nishan Astar” p. 3a: The groom’s name is “Muhammad Hussein Benaa bin Astar Ismail Benaa” Astar in Persian means chief, p. 3a-3b: The bride’s name is “Sakina Khatun bint Alishan Muhammad Rahim Barut” The dowry is apparently a sum of cash and half of the husband’s house, in addition to other accessories, p. 4a: Date: “The auspicious and blessed marriage took place as stipulated with my acceptance on the seventeenth.” From Rabi’ al-Awwal 1313” p. 4a: “A valid, legal marriage with an explicit contract” p. 3a: The bride is sane, mature, rational, and virgin.
