C.). Numérisation effectuée à partir d'un document de substitution. Le premier est intitulé : فى فرق الطب للمتعلمين, De sectis, ad eos qui introducuntur. Le premier discours (مقالة) de ce traité (fol. 12 v°), فى الاشياء الخارجة عن الطبيعة المعروف بكتاب العلل و الامراض (De causis et morbis), correspond au traité De morborum differentiis ; la seconde maqâla (fol. 23), au De morborum causis ; la troisième (fol. 33), au De symptomatum differentiis ; la quatrième (fol. 43 v°), la cinquième (fol. 66) et la sixième (fol. 72), aux trois livres du De symptomatum causis. On lit sur le recto du premier feuillet une note qui est très probablement de la main d'Avicenne et qui est ainsi conçue : فى حوز الفقير حسين بن عبد الله بن سينا المتطبب فى سنة سبع و اربعماية « Est passé en la possession du pauvre Ḥosaïn ibn ʿAbd Allah ibn Sînâ, le médecin, l'an 407 » (1016-1017 de J.
