Scanning from a substitute document: R 94720. History of the Mongols of Persia by [Hwāğa Šihāb al-Dīn] ‛Abd-ullāh b. [‛Izz al-Dīn] Fazl-ullāh [Šaraf Šīrāzī, known as Vaṣṣāf-i ḥazrat] (f. 6) (663H./1264-5 – 735H./1334-5). The work is divided into five volumes or muğallad and a table of contents has been added to f. 1v- 2vThe first muğallad was finished copying (f. 115) on a Monday of Rabī‛ IId 897H. by Isma‛īl b. Ayyūb al-Āmāsī. The second (f. 204v), by the same hand, was made on 13 Rağab 897H. The f. 205v- 269v are also from his hand. In f. 270 the writing changes and it appears that f. 270 to 524v were copied in the 18th century to complete the ms., which lacked the second part. The copy of the table of f. 1v- 2v – unsigned – was completed on 12 Ğumādà I 1189H. (/July 11, 1775) and it is, if not in the same hand as f. 270-524v, at least contemporary. Another copy at the BnF: Persian supplement 1641; extracts in Persian Supplement 391. This ms. is of the same provenance as Persian Supplement 501 and 702.
