Al-Qur'ān Digitization made from an original document. Description of the text and the decorations dividing the text, cf. Ar. 5850, notice 349. On each of the two initial pages (ff° 1 v° and 2 r°), the beginning of the text is placed in a frame delimited by a complex golden braid with short elements interrupted by small blue squares and which draws two bands on either side of a rectangle where the text is placed in "clouds" on a red trellis background. Each headband has a cartouche flanked by two small circles contiguous to two semi-circles; on the gold and blue background is written Koran LVI, 77-80, in white characters. Next to each of the banners is a circular sticker surrounded by a blue line; the middle vignette is formed of a semi-circle extending into a point, inside which two small tangent semi-circles are inscribed. At the end of the ğuzʾ, Koran LXXXIII, 26 appears in white characters in a red and gold circle (f° 29 r°). Act of waqf of the Mamluk Sultan Farağ (al-malik al-nāṣir Farağ b. al-sulṭān al-?ahīd Barqūq, r. 801-815/ 1399-1412) in favor of his turbé in the desert (f° 1 r°; same text on the ms.
