History of the city of Yazd, the writing of which was begun in Baṣrah in 1082H.(/1671) and completed in 1090H.(/1679) in Multān by Muḥammad Mufīd Mustawfī b. Nağm al-Dīn Maḥmūd Bāfqī Yazdī. Copy of the first of the three volumes (muğallad, or ğild). This volume is divided into seven “articles” (maqālāt) (f. 6v, 10, 27v, 32, 65, 72 and 118) and is dedicated to Šāh Sulaymān Ṣafavī.
