Digitization carried out from a substitution document: R 7797. Cf. Persian 136. Copy where no author's name appears. On f. 290v reads eight bayt in Arabic on the divine attributes. In the margin of f. 289v, a note wrongly attributes the text to Sanā’ī. The ms. wore to f. 1 the indication of what it contained as well as other notes which were found covered, but we can still distinguish the name of ‛Alī b. Muḥ. and the date of 908H.(/1503). In f. 1v shows the oval stamp of an Ottoman owner, ‛Usmān b. ‛Alī, whose motto, in Persian, is tavakkalī ‛alà hāliqī, Bū Bakr va ‛Umar ‛Usmān ‛Alī-rā / ‛afv kun ğurm-i Usmān b. ‛Alī-rā. Cf.
