Original paper and leather covers, linen binding. Neskhi script, black ink; titles of chapters, certain terms and marks in the text written with red ink. Marginal notes written with black ink. Original foliation with Arabic ciphers in the upper left corner of a page, black ink: 1-190, thirteen final folios not numbered. Fol. 35-42 bound conversely. Marks with the name of the owner of a waqf on the first and the last page: Munlā Muslih ad-Dīn Ibn Yūsuf, known as Uhrî Zāde. Original covers made of glued sheets of paper, completely covered with leather. Cloth binding. Nesha. The manuscript is written in black ink, chapter titles, specific terms and marks in the text are written in red ink. Notes in the margins are written in black ink. Original leaf numbering in Arabic numerals in black and red ink in the upper left corner of page "a". Leaves 35-42 are bound upside down. Stamp with the name of the manuscript owner on the first and last pages. The manuscript was located in a waqf owned by Munla Muslih ad-din ibn Yusuf, known as Uhri Zade. As for the Book: It is al-Qur'aanul-Kareem (the Great Qur'aan), the Kalaam (Speech) of the Lord of the worlds, which was sent down by the Trustworthy Spirit upon the heart of Muhammad the Messenger of Allaah, that he may be from the warners to the whole of mankind - in the clear Arabic tongue - regarding all that they stand in need of with regards to what benefits them concerning their Religion and their world. The Book of Allaah is that which is recited by the tongues, written in the masaahif (copies), and preserved in the hearts. And as for the holy book, it is the Holy Qur'an (al-Quranu l-karim), the speech (kalam) of the lord of the worlds conveyed to earth through the medium of a confidential spirit in the heart of Muhammad, God's messenger, that he may be one of those who warn all mankind, in clear Arabic language, regarding everything they consider necessary or regarding what brings them benefit related to religion and their world. God's book is what is spoken out loud with the tongue (organ of speech), recorded in numerous copies (masahif) and kept in the hearts.
