Alongside the text is an Arabic-Ottoman dictionary. Short notices about various events in the provinces of Tirana, Elbasan, Shkodra and Durrës at the end of the century. XVIII and at the beginning of the XIX century. Agrarian relations in the province of Tirana. Tirana feudal lords, relations between them, with other feudal lords of the country and with the High Gate (p.20,21,23,25,28,67,110,196,199). The Pashallars of Elbasan and Ahmet Kurt Pasha (p.30-49).
