The line /r/5/, established by line ruling, is in the preserved lower line section
undescribed. At the end of the line there is only punctuation in the form of a colon
received. The single-line inscription on the back is different from the main text on the front
executed in Uyghur cursive script. The lines on the back are correct
matches the one on the front. — black — Uigur script → Square script — paper — The surviving text remains suggest that this is a fragment of a text confessing sins
available, see Zieme (2014d), 2. U 5012 may belong to one with U 4997
