/ umāpati / civācāri / yār aruḷi / cceytam — palm leaf — Between the 3rd and 8th centuries, 63 saints of the Civa religion lived in the Tamil region
(Nāyaṉmār). The life of these "slaves of God" is said to have first taken place in the 7th century
Campantar (Volumes 1 to 3 of the Tirumuṟai) and Appar (Volumes 4 to 6 of the Tirumuṟai) are described
as well as in the 8th century by Cuntarar in the Tēvāram (7th volume of the Tirumuṟai).
The topic was later taken up by other authors. - Tirucciṟṟampalam (see
the marginalia to sections A and C) is the sacred dance hall in the temple of Citamparam,
Kaṭalūr District, Tamil Nadu. - Tiruppati is the "holy lord" of the temple in the
city of the same name in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Tiruppati is Viṣṇuite.
