Inscription at the top right in the margin, also colophon. — Arabic script — paper — “Uncovering, Illuminating” is the title of this parenetic poem. The purpose is,
to bring the pious Muslim to the realization of the transience of all earthly things.
An example of this is man in his frailty and descent into death
the transience of all earthly goods. From the story the poet stands
political and economic downfall of the Old Pate, whose ruins remain today
can be seen, in front of your eyes. Man is called to base his life on religious values
to be determined. Then there is hope for the believing Muslim
he will be granted a happy existence in the afterlife. The copyist rightly remarks
from No. 386 in the margin that it is about mawāʿiẓ, cf. Arabic waʿẓ "Admonition,
Warning, sermon, paranesis".
