Notes wooden boards The leaves are gathered with cotton thread through their central hole and fastened with a kepeng money piece (Bali: pis bolong) — palm leaf — Fragment of the Ramayana story, of the fight between two brothers Sugriwa and Subali, over the kingdom of Kishkinda. Sugriwa loses and is driven from the kingdom until he meets Rama and Laksmans, who help him to gain back Kishkinda.
