Stored in cardboard box covered with marbled paper. Library production - fine and even - black, red - Armenian script → Bolorgir - parchment - heading: Martyrology of St. Bishop Cyprian and the Virgin Justina (Vkayabanowt'iwn
Srboyn Kiprianosi episkoposin ew Yowstiane kowsin). This is followed by prayers for incantation
of the disease, supposedly from St. Cyprian originating or recommended, and at the end of the
1. Partial role invocations of Old and New Testament saints, including the
hl. Joseph the “Father of God”. On the edge of the whole roll there are further prayers, some in
black, partly in red: on the right towards the end of Figure 1. Partial role of the Lord's Prayer. In addition, 4 mutilated smaller sections have been preserved, one (14 cm) contains (the beginning is missing) Mark 1.40-45, another offers Jo in red writing. 1:1-5 (verse 1
not received) and immediately afterwards Jo. 4.43-54 (end missing), a third beginning
missing) Luke 4:38-42. These 3 pieces obviously belong to the 2nd. Partial role. A 4th piece
(19 cm) with names of initially Armenian saints was apparently there, although not
immediately, at the head of the 3rd partial roll.
