Documentary film in original Persian version with French subtitles In the south of the island of Gheshm, in Iran, women experience very strict religious law in a patriarchal society with Arab and African influences. Their suffering results in disorders called Zar (possession). The director set out to meet these women, trying to be as faithful as possible to their lives and their words to get to know them better and show their personality behind the burqa.
