Thus, on side A of the disc (n°10840), a certain [Al-ḥājj Muḥamad al-|Ṣamrānị̄] is thanked for his ghaïta solo, while on side B of the disc (n°10841), these are the names of [Muẖtar al-|Ṣamrānị̄] and Bābā Ḥunar al-|Sūfiyaẗ] which are cited. The names of the artists are reproduced phonetically and approximately. The disc is present in the Pathé publisher's catalog "Moroccan Directory of Pathé Records" from 1912. A second Pathé publisher's catalog "Moroccan Directory of Pathé Records", dating from 1926, also mentions the record. |
