| Notes | Date of manuscript: 17th cent.The title given in the Supplement of the Catalogue of the Arabic manuscripts in the British Museum (p. 718) is Ghurar wa-al-durar; t.p. of work has Kitāb anbāʼ nujabāʼ al-abnāʼ by al-Shaykh al-Imām al-ʻAllāmah Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn al-Muẓaffar al-Makkī; on f. 1b the author's name is given as Ḥujjat al-Dīn Abū Hāshim Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn al-Muẓaffar al-Makkī. According to the catalogue it is confirmed from other manuscripts of the same work that the real author is Muḥammad ibn Abī Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn Ẓafar al-Siqillī (d. 565 [1169]).Electronic reproduction.
