Notes	A Persian treatise by Ebu'l-Fazl Mehmed Efendi, located between pages 68a-72b of a 132-leaf Münşeat magazine, in which he describes Yavuz Sultan Selim's coming to Istanbul and ascending to the throne and the festivities held during this time (Demir 2023: 95). At the beginning of the treatise, it is stated that "Hâzihi Risâletü Kudûmiyyetü nüşiret nukûde ve erkâmühü hîne hulûle akdâmi'l-Sultân Selîm Hân bi-ikdâmihi ilâ Kostantiniyye fî zamâni hayâti vâlidihi'l-münevver Sultân Ebâ Yazîd ve ittikâke culûsihi ba'de'l-vürûdi ve 'ars hâzihi'r-risâletü 'aleyhi 'alâ serîri's-sultanati fî mehdi kudûmi serîrihi sen seman ve 'aser ve tis'ü mi'e ve'l-muharrirü fî 'ünvâni'ş-şâb It is titled "sâlehü ve evâ'ili hali ünşî". On the first page of the treatise, the name of the author is mentioned as "müstefîz ez feyz-i 'âlem ba'd pes ahkerü'l-verâ Ebu'l-Fazl Mehmed bin İdrîs" (Istanbul University Library, Persian Manuscripts 906/68a). In the treatise, the sultan's justice, courage and other attributes are praised; The features of the wars and the weapons used in the war, flags and standards, the entertainment held due to the sultan's accession to the throne and the fact that even natural assets were affected by this blessed event, and what the country and the people would gain with the arrival of the sultan were covered. While discussing the subjects, verses, hadiths and polite sayings were used; The text is decorated with couplets, rubaîs, poems and verses. The text also includes a story, 4 verses and 2 couplets in which the author includes the phrase "li-munşî'ihi". The author used a very artistic language. (Demir 2023: 97). In this magazine, in 54b-55a, with the subject title "Sûret-i Dîbâce-i Defter-i Vilâyet-i Hamâ ve Humus ki bi-emri Sultân Selîm Hân tahrîr şüde beved sânih year 924", Ebu'l-Fazl Mehmed Efendi's cadastral books of Hama and Humus provinces are included. There is also a preface. In the Dîbâce, three of the author's own poems are included with the phrase "nazm li-münşî'ihi" (Demir 2023: 97). Persian Manuscripts Ch.
