Notes	It is a work written on tafsir by Ömer Fânî Efendi. The full name of the work is Beyânü akvâli tefsîri'l-Kådî fî âyâti'l-mevâzîn. The only copy we know of is Suleymaniye Library Manuscript Donations no. It is located in 1965. There is no record of the date of copyright in the said copy of the work. However, "While I was on leave from giving a sermon in the Hagia Sophia Mosque by Sultan Ahmed Khan b. Sultan Muhammed Khan, I started from the Surah Al-A'raf. For this purpose, while examining the interpretations of virtuous notables, I compiled the issues that came to my mind. Meanwhile, Kådî Beydâvî's mîzân From his statements such as "I wanted to put his words about the verses in order and ensure harmony between them" (Fânî Yzm. 1965: vr. 2b-4a; İdiz 2011: 136), it is understood that Ömer Fânî wrote this work while he was a Hagia Sophia preacher during the reign of Ahmed I. Based on this, it can be said that it was written between 1603 and 1617, when Ahmed I was on the throne. This work of the author, who is stated to be very skilled in the science of tafsir and we know that he is called Tefsîrî Ömer Efendi for this reason (Hulvi 1993: 604), is about tafsîr. The work explains the verses interpreted by Kådî Beydâvî regarding the balance and shows the harmony between them. The copy in the Suleymaniye Library is incomplete and the pages after the 32nd page are missing. The work begins with the words... الحمد الله الذي تفرّد بالألوهية والفردانية, after the Bismillah. The first leaf of the existing part before it breaks off ends with the phrase وهذالأكابر.... Therefore, it is not known exactly how many leaves the work has (idiz 2011: 136). The existing part of the work, which is not lost, consists of 31 leaves and its language is Arabic. In a cardboard cover, 120 x 80, 90 x 55 mm. size, 17 st.
