Notes	The work of Mir Möhsün Nawab. Mezâmir is the plural of the Arabic word mezmûr. Psalm is a term that refers to books read with melody. With this phrase, Hz. What is meant are religious melodies and hymns written in the style of hymn-like surahs of the book of Psalms, which was sent down to David. Nevvâb also states that he wrote his work called Mezâmir in Persian, in the city of Shusha, in 1301/1883-84, based on the tradition of David and the Psalms of God (Nəvvab, Б-638). The work in question consists of 12 psalms in total, and each psalm is divided into different paragraphs. Nevvâb did not add an introduction to the work. The manuscript copy of Mezâmir-i Nevvâb, consisting of 12 leaves, is registered in the Manuscripts Institute of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences with the archive number Б-638. As is evident from the inscription at the end of the copy, Mezâmir-i Nevvâb was copied by Abdülhasan, the son of the late Molla Muhammed Hasan Eherî, on 12 Rajab 1301/8 May 1884. The copying date of the copy registered Б-5235 is 1298/1880. 4 copies of Mezâmir are kept in the Manuscripts Institute of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
