Notes	Urfalı Ahmed Hikmet's work consisting of his tahmis on the poems of Hâfız-ı Şirâzî (d. 792/1390). Bedri Alpay, in his work titled Şairlıurfa Poets, states that Hikmet had compiled Hâfız-ı Şirâzî's Dîvân down to the letter "sin", and then states that this work was taken to Istanbul to be printed by Süleymân Şefik Pasha, the governor of Urfa at the time, and was lost along with his other works upon the death of the Pasha. Alpay further stated that the poet's Turkish, Arabic and Persian poems in all types of poetry are in private collections (Alpay 1986: 91). Hikmet's work in question has not been found yet.
