Basin of fritware, painted in blue and black under a clear glaze. Decorated with eight galloping horses above sea waves on the outer rim band. The same horse motif repeated in a central medallion on the inside. Nine treble finials mark the upper space between the cakras . The inner rim band with a succession of striped rocks, pagodas, trees and pairs of birds. Imitation Chinese square mark in black
