Tapestry woven fragment. A bird motif, in wool, cut from an undyed linen cloth. The bird had a red beak, neck and legs. It's body is outlined in black with feathers of green, blue, yellow and cream. There are some holes in the piece. One edge of the cut piece appears to have thicker linen threads used to create a line. 16x14 tpc
