Bowl of fritware painted with black enamel under a clear pale blue glaze. Deep, thick, with a foot-ring and convex sides curving slightly out towards the lip. The decoration radiates from the centre in stiff stylised plant forms between groups of three wedges. Outside, the glaze goes little below the lip. On it are pairs of vertical black lines at intervals.
