Fragment from the base of a bowl with a low flat foot, red-coloured alluvial clay body, covered with a yellowish slip, incised with a Kufic inscription repeating the word 'Allah' and a vegetal motif in the central reserve, surrounded by a border of copper green dots, the exterior splashed with copper green and manganese purple in a clear glaze.
