Fiziksel açıklama Tile in the shape of an eight-pointed star, fritware, decorated in the overglaze technique known as lajvardina (from 'lajvard', the Persian for 'lapis lazuli'), in which the background is a deep cobalt blue. The surface decoration is lightly moulded, and represents a flowering plant with four branches from which triangular-shaped leaves sprout. The branches and leaves are decorated in gold leaf, and the blue background is covered in small curled leaves in a white pigment.
