Fiziksel açıklama Kaftan of cream silk with graduated vertical woven stripes in beige-brown and turquoise blue 'lustring' quilted through in running stitch in a lozenge design. It is straight cut and T-shaped with the sleeves cut in and with the body of the gown and flaring from underarm to knee where an additional gore is inserted at each side seam. There is a narrow upstanding collar. The kaftan opens down the centre front where it fastens with two pale blue frog loops and blue silk covered buttons so that it laps over from the waist. The lining is the same as the kaftan and there is an unidentified interlining. The sleeves are faced back with a silk of this same quality as that of the rest of the kaftan but with a wider cream and blue woven stripe.
