Fiziksel açıklama Knotted woollen carpet with central medallion in dark blue and two subsidiary certouches in pale green, filled with flowering plants. The field is a plain red, with flower-heads protruding into it from the stepped edges of the corner pieces. The latter are filled with a Herati pattern on dark blue ground and have the inner corner marked off with a white ground. Warp: white cotton; Z6S; 18-20 threads to the inch (70 per dm); depressed. Weft: white cotton; Z4S; 2 shoots sometimes 3 after each row of knots; 10-12 knots to the inch (40-48 per dm). Pile: wool; 14 colours: dark red, dark orange, yellow, dark green, light green, dark blue, blue, light blue, purple, light purple, pink, dark brown, black, white; asymmetrical knot, open to the left and tied around 2 threads; 90-120 knots to the sq. inch (1400-1680 per sq. dm). Side finish: one cord oversewn with brown wool, black in places. End finish: missing. Design: See 150-1884. Field: dark blue ground with a Herati pattern with multi coloured leaves and with a red diamond outlined in dark green. On this is a red ground cross with the vertical lines stepped and tapering. Around the inner edge grow white or light purple carnations. In the centre is an irregular dark blue ground hexagon with 2 light green pendants. In the centre of this hexagon is a spray of 4 pink flowers; from them extends stylised leaves and red blossoms and other flowers which appear in the pendants. The corners of the field have a white ground with a blue flowerhead and tiny bird and animal figures. The field is outlined with a narrow border of reciprocal blue/red triangles outlined in white. Main border: dark red ground with an angular double meander with a dark green stem and alternating white and yellow palmettes and small pink and light green rosettes. Inner border: light green ground with botehs alternating with hooked red diamonds. Outer border: light green ground with a meander with some pink carnations and red blossoms on a brown stem. Outermost side border (sides only): dark green ground with white ovals containing 2 red hooks (can be seen as an S-motif).
