Woven silk and metal thread. Green ground with multiple bands top and bottom: white triangles ending in either a spot or a trefoil with a yellow geometric motif between them; a band with a pink zigzag and triangular groups of pink spots; the main band of pink and red flowers bracketed by green leaves. Down the sides, but cut off by these bands, is a border with a metal thread ground and outward facing pink and white lilies on undulating green stems. The main panel has a metal thread ground, a central row of 5 floral sprays [pink flowers outlined with white] and 2 rows of s smaller version. Polychrome selvedge. The metal thread is silver-gilt close S-wound on a silk core; twill binding.
