resist printed, block printed, plain weave, cotton, probably machine woven, glazed. A repeating pattern of four vertical narrow stripes in blue, white and red and white. [1] dark blue ground with a very small flower and stem in red, white and yellow. [2] white ground with a thin green meandering stem carrying red and purple fruit. [3] deep red ground with a very small flower stem in light blue and yellow. [4] as in [2] but the meander is reversed as if seen in a mirror. Very similar to 1065/23-1883
