Dish of earthenware painted in black and blue. Deep well with a narrow rim sloping out at an angle. Prominent foot ring. In the middle is painted a facing chrysanthemum, surrounded by three concentric circles, then by a frieze of four radiating flower pots each containing four daisies in bloom. Painted in blue with grey-black outlines. The rim is painted with black cloud-scrolls punctuated by waves outlined in blue. On the reverse are concentric bands and a frieze of blue berries alternating with scribbles.
