Malzemeler ve teknikler
Tapestry woven wool
Fiziksel açıklama
Dress fabric of tapestry woven wool twill. White ground with one large diagonal boteh shape. It does not have a solid border but a pair of green leafy sprays form the curved bottom and small red and blue floral motifs form the remainder enclosing a small red tear-drop shaped with a tiny white vase outlined in black, decorated with a red blossom and from which emerge floral stems which include a red and blue rosette and a yellow flower. On two side the ground is undecorated. The other two sides are densely packed with flowers and leaves on fine black stems, very similar to the infill of the boteh shape. Warp: white wool, S-twist. Weft: dark blue, dark red, red and yellow wool, all S-twist; dark green, white and black wool, indeterminable twist.
