Bowl of red earthenware with incised decoration through a white slip and painted with green under a yellowish glaze. Slightly incurved sides contracting to a small foot. Decorated with a wide border composed of small panels with stylised birds dotted with green in reserve on a reddish ground produced by cutting away the slip, alternating with panels of green criss-cross; inner border of green criss-cross enclosing a bold starry device in green; outside are six splashes of green glaze.
