Dress fabric of woven wool, twill binding. Patterned with a series of four stripes, from left to right they are: [1] a white ground with a meander of diagonal Z-shaped leaves edged in dark blue with a light brown centre interrupted by a green and brown floral spray on a blue stem. [2] dark blue ground with an occasional stylised flowering stem in yellow and light brown. [3] repeat [1] [4] light brown ground with an angular meander in dark blue bearing either a blue leafy spray or a blue flower with a yellow centre. Warp: white wool, Z-twist and blue and light brown wool, indeterminable twist. Weft: white, green, yellow, light brown and dark blue wool, all Z-twist,
