Tile of grey fritware, painted in shades of blue, green and manganese over a white slip, and covered with a clear glaze. The decoration consists of a large palmette-shaped device in dark blue, containing a symmetrical group of tulips, carnations and other flowers. Along one side is a narrow border of blue cresting.
