Fiziksel açıklama
Square panel from an undyed linen cushion or cover. The plain woven ground fabric has been faced with long loops of undyed linen. In the centre is a tapestry woven panel in purple wool, with details in yellow, red, and green wool, and undyed linen thread. At the centre of the panel is a spotted lion within a medallion. The border of the medallion is a jewelled border with the outer and inner edges in yellow wool. This is in turn within a square, with leaves in the intervening spanedels. The square border contains four right-angled compartments with rosette mofits. The outermost border is a repeated design of inverted scallops.
