Bowl of fritware with carved and moulded decoration under a deep blue transparent glaze. Deep spreading foot-ring, the lower part of the sides are convex, with a carved tongue-pattern. The upper part is vertical with a slightly offset lip. In the upper zone are applied six moulded bosses with geometric star-patterns and between them are six moulded caryatid figures. In the background are carved recurring foliage. The caryatid columns run towards to projecting points on the top.
