Malzemeler ve teknikler Woven silk brocade cushion cover. Satin Foundation Structure, 4/1 satin. Warp: silk; yellow; 1 ply, slight S twist. Weft: cotton, light ivory. Satin and velvet warp order 3-1-3. Velvet structure, silk, green and red. Pile counts, warps 14, along weft 18. Binding weft threads: silk, skinny and sometimes less skinny ivory. Brocade structure: wholly brocaded?: whole 4/1 twill, count 9; 14; 21. Shots between pile 2. Metal and twist. S. Selvedges: dimensions 2.5 cm. 1 plain ivory selvedge; cotton foundation wefts are bound with silk warps - over 2, under 1, and is uniform. Brocade in some places, there are more or fewer brocade wefts used. In the lappets, there are fewer brocade wefts used - about 9 per cm; in the rose-bud forms in the lappets, there are more - about 20, or twice as many.
