Fiziksel açıklama Warp: brown and white wool; Z2S; 26 threads per inch (110 per dm). Weft: red, black, and white wool; Z2S; 2 shoots after each row of knots; 17 knots per inch (70 per dm). Back: Z-spun, unplied wool; 8 colours: dark red, red, yellow, green, dark blue, blue, black, white. The threads in the 'floated weft' bands are Z2S. Pile: wool; 8 colours: dark red, yellow, dark green, green, dark blue, blue, black, white; asymmetrical knots open to the left and tied around 2 threads; 221 knots per sq. inch (3850 per sq. dm). Side finish: missing; evidence of 1 cord oversewn with black wool. Tufts of wool that had joined the sides of the bag together remain in patches. End finish: Lower: missing. Upper: 6 rows of soumak in red, green, black, and white; 2.5cm with blocks of patterned weave in diapers: red/white/blue and red/green/blue; 7 square holes have been cut for fastening; 6 rows of soumak as above; plait of red and green; 1.5cm plain weave, turned and stitched in place. Design: Field: cental panel with a dark blue ground with a central 8-pointed medallion. This is surrounded by multi-coloured guls, hooked lozenges, and floral stems with serrated leaves. Main border: red ground with botehs. Inner border: dark blue ground with multi-coloured guls. Outer border: white ground with reciprocal design of opposing legless birds.
