Fiziksel açıklama Plain weave linen? or cotton, embroidered with silk in straight stitches and pulled thread work; whitework; with a silk binding. The central panel is filled with a large octagonal shape filled with a straight repeat of connected 8-pointed stars around a central roundel itself filled with triangles and squares of pulled thread work with satin stitch details. The 4 small corners are marked with narrow trellis-like pulled thread bands, zigzags of satin stitch and nets of pulled thread work. This panel is edged with a narrow band of reciprocal trefoils, pulled thread work in a line of hexagons [a], a band of satin stitch triangles forming small squares [b]. This leads into a wide band of diagonal lines of straight stitch triangles, alternating with a narrow trellis band and a pulled net stripe. This is followed by a repeat of [b] and [a]. There are needlewoven bands within this design. Linen or Cotton Thread: white, Z-spun, tightly spun Embroidery Thread: white silk; 2S Binding: plain weave blue silk
