Fragment from a larger textile, possibly a furnishing fabric or hanging, in linen embroidered in red, green, pink, yellow and mauve wool. The mauve wool is S-spun, all other colours Z-spun. Couched linen thread has been used as detailing and for outlines. The design shows a woman dressed in a green, yellow and mauve tunic, standing beside a red curtain.
