Fiziksel açıklama Resht work, plain weave felted wool, patchwork, inlaid work, embroidered with silk in a variety of stitches predominantly chain stitch. Note: researchers may use the terms applique and tambour when searching for this category of textile even though they are incorrect. The sides are incomplete. The central panel has eight and two half red lobed medallions in two rows each containing a central white rosette with four swirling stems of green or blue circular blossoms. The ground between the medallions is green with a yellow star-like flower in the centre of each compartment and four swirling stems with a red flower. The inner border: black ground with a white meander with small red leaves and white and red blossoms in profile. The same border appears along the upper and lower ends. Main border: white ground. Green stems form a meander with a large carnation-like blossom and a spray of red flowers with dark blue centres. The main seams are covered with black and white or red and white cotton cord. Embroidery thread: 2S; white, yellow, red, green, blue, light blue, dark green. Inserts: dark red, red, orange, yellow, dark green, green, dark blue, black, light brown, 2 shades of off-white.
