Fiziksel açıklama Left-hand border of a hand knotted carpet of wool. WARP: white wool; Z2S; 18 threads per inch (74 per dm). WEFT: brown wool; Z spun, unplied; 2 parallel threads per shoot; 2 shoots after each row of knots; 15 knots per inch (56 per dm). PILE: wool; 7 colours: red, yellow, dark green, dark blue, light brown, black, white; symmetrical knot tied around 2 threads; 135 knots per sq. inch (2072 per sq. dm). SIDE FINISH: Left: one cord oversewn with black wool. Right: cut END FINISH: cut DESIGN: Main border: white ground; green, horizontal bars of pseudo-kufic separate an inwardly hooked, four-lobed motif, all outlined in red. Outer guard stripe: black ground with columbn of multi-coloured "figures of eight".
