At the centre are four baskets of flowers (two facing to the right, two facing to the left). They are surrounded by inter-twinned circle borders and there are floral icons in the corners. This is surrounded by a solid, red square border. Around this is a guilloche pattern with flowers in each centre. There is another solid, red border around the guilloche.
