Malzemeler ve teknikler Warp: white cotton; Z3S; 20 threads per inch (80 per dm); depressed. Weft: brown wool; Z-spun, unplied, 2 parallel threads per shoot; 3 shoots after each row of knots; 13 knots per inch (50 per dm). Pile: wool; 9 colours: dark red, red, yellow, green, dark blue, blue, light blue, pink, white; asymmetrical knot open to the left and tied around 2 warp threads; 130 knots per sq. inch (2000 per sq. dm). Side finish: one cord oversewn with red wool End finish: missing Cotton Wool Weaving Knotted Pile
Fiziksel açıklama Design: Field: dark blue ground with central white lobed medallion outlined in light blue and blue and containing a red rosette outlined in dark blue. Rest of field has Herati design with a yellow blossom within a red diamond and green leaves (see 300-1884). The curving leaves are red, light blue and dark blue. Main border: red ground with a double meander with dark blue stems and large rosettes joined with a blue and yellow double meander and with smaller rosettes in red, light blue and dark blue. Inner and outer borders: yellow ground with floral meander on a dark blue stem with predominantly red and blue flowers. The lower border has been joined on and is, in fact, a side border from a similar carpet.
